What is the turnaround time?

Most orders takes up to 14 business days from the time I receive your quote and your design is given to me. Please note that bigger orders may take longer. Thank you for supporting my small business, I’m just a girl with a desire to create!

I want you to make a design for me, can you do it?

Yes, of course! If you have a inspirational picture or concept, please give me as many details as possible and I will be happy to collaborate. I have various different platforms to create you design as best you’d like. This service will be an additional fee of $20 per hour.

Can I provide my own apparel?

Absolutely! Please note that on the off-chance that a misprint or mis-stitch is done, I cannot reimburse you for the shirt, only the print/stitches.

Do you provide wholesale items?

Nothing of my material - just yet! But if there is something specific you’d like in your store, I’d be happy to discuss more with you.

What areas do you deliver to?

I serve the Somonauk, Sandwich, Plano, Yorkville, and surrounding areas. Stay tuned for more information on shipping services!

What type of file should my design be in?

I will work with you the best I can on whatever you have. I prefer .png, .pdf, .jpg, and .svg for vinyl, and .dst for embroidery. If not, no worries! I will let you know if your picture needs a higher resolution or I can always assist you with creating a design!

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our custom-made items, all sales are final. Because each piece is made to order and tailored to your exact specifications, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please carefully review your design, size, and customization details before finalizing your purchase to ensure you are completely satisfied.

We understand that mistakes happen, and we want you to love your custom item(s)! If there is a defect or error in the product that was our responsibility, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and I will work with you to make it right.

Can I pick up my products?

Of course! Once an invoice has been paid, we can discuss pick-up or delivery! Delivery is an additional $5 that will be added to your invoice.

Can I get a sample first?

I offer mockups of your design, but unfortunately, any order under 100 units is not offered a sample.

What kind of garments do you offer?

I provide anything from Gildan, Hanes, Comfort Colors, American Apparel to whatever your heart desires. Please contact me if there is something specific you are looking for and I will do my best to find it for you.
